We were lucky to have a dry, sunny day, so the photography could take place outside overlooking the estuary. We’re excited to be able to show you the results of the shoot. The new catalogue looks great, and is packed full of new designs, styles, and prints for the summer. Those who know Fowey may be able to spot some of the locations […]

Cornwall’s best scenic drives

April 22nd, 2015

St-Michaels-Mount

The Cornish peninsula is something of a natural wonder, and we’re often asked about the county’s best scenic drives. From day trips around the coast to rural ramblings, we’re spoilt for choice when it comes to exploring Cornwall by car. After much deliberation, we’ve decided on our three favourite excursions. There may be a few winding lanes along the way, but we promise it’s all worth it for the beautiful views. The Roseland The Roseland is wonderfully unspoilt, and with […]

Winter is a great time to visit Cornwall if you are looking for a relaxing break, without the crowds. If you like spending time by the coast, this is a perfect opportunity to wrap up warm and hit the beach. In contrast to the summer months, it is not uncommon to have certain beaches all to yourself at this time of year. Breathe in the fresh sea air and take in the sounds of the waves. Warm up afterwards with […]

Kieron says, “Jane approached me at the end of the summer with a view to refreshing several of the rooms at The Old Quay […]
